Before you book…

-Please do not bring other guest with you to your appt, it is a distraction and a safety concern with small children in the salon due to our humble size. The only exception to this rule is if we are servicing your child’s hair and you would like to accompany them to make the experience more enjoyable for them.

-A deposit of 40% of service total and must be sent payed before booking. This will confirm all and any appts. The deposit does go towards your total service charge once you arrive to appt. If you do not pay deposit your appt will be canceled. We do not accept cash app/ velle / or PayPal. After your service is completed we accept credit/ debit cards and cash is acceptable.

-no cal/ no show deposits are non refundable. and you will not be allowed to book in the future with us so please communicate if you do not plan on getting your hair done by us at least 48hrs in advance. We are very understanding of unexpected circumstances please communicate what is going on and I will always work to find a solutions for both of us! You will be responsible for calling or rescheduling your own appt.

-We will send you a confirmation text 3 days prior to scheduled appt to check in and confirm date and time is still fine. We will also send you our address and further instructions if needed regarding prep of your hair for appt.

- For Human hair loc styles please allow me at least 10days prior to booking date so that I can order hair needed for this style. The hair needed is special order.

-Please! Please! Be on time! If you arrive 15-20 min after for appt time we will have to charge you $20 late fee charge. Your appt will be canceled if you arrive 20min or more late. You will have one opportunity to reschedule on your own accord based on availability.

- During your appt. WE will try our best to access your tolerance to the tightness of a style by asking “are you ok?” several times during my clients service. If you are experiencing pain or discomfort/ or you're dissatisfied from a style please communicate with us before you leave, so we can work towards a resolution. Once you leave no refund will be given.

9. For all boho braid services we do not provide the human hair needed for this style we can recommend purchasing hair from ywigs.com as their quality is superb! You will have the best experience with you braids style longevity combined with following our recommended upkeep tips. We will only use human hair for boho styles.

-Please please make sure you are booking for the style you would like to receive. We cannot change size or style once appt is set due to scheduling. We are booked by timing of service and due to high demand and we pride ourselves on catering or undivided attention to every client that books with us we do not have the luxury of accommodating last min changes unless well planned for.

- Boho braids and boho locs are a lengthy service so please do not plan any engagements the day of your appt. We like to start this service at 5am to ensure both you and your Braider can commute home at a safe time.
